I started my Real Estate career 33 years ago with Basil Elk Estates as an rookie agent, and was trained by Basil Elk and did my Real Estate Exam
under Jeffery Seeff.I joined Pam Golding Properties some 23 years ago in Management and began to set up the Gauteng offices, and together with Ronald Ennik we have established 10 office with 250 agents in the region.

I have been in the industry, from January 2005, as a co-franchisee at Acutts Midrand West, then a registered estate agent from mid 2006.
My Passion:
Continuous professional development, entrepreneurship & continuous business improvement & personal financial planning.
A brief history of myself:
Born to a small-scale farming & business couple in Zimbabwe. Herded goats and cattle, worked in the fields from 6 to 6 & worked in the family shop during school breaks, graduating through these roles with age. Finished high school in Scotland via a British Ministry of Overseas Development scholarship. Completed a BScAgric (Animal science) degree in 1984 in Zimbabwe plus a teaching certificate in 1988. Did MPhil studies in dairy business management at Stellenbosch (mini-dissertation outstanding). Lectured at various colleges and technikons in Zimbabwe & SA, finishing at TUT in 2006. Trained & worked as a part-time financial advisor at Sanlam in 1997-98. Became a co-franchisee in Acutts in January 2005. Passed the EAAB exam in 2006. Completed basic & advanced real estate modules through the Acutts National Training Academy. Currently co-own and manage the Acutts Midrand & Acutts Fourways franchises. Currently undergoing the RPL process.

I grew up witnessing Genny Peirce of Peirce Estates’ passion for property and fell in love with the excitement and energy and her commitment to the industry. Over the last thirty years I have had successful careers in nursing, retail purchasing and planning, communications and event management, publishing and recruitment consulting, but finally found the gap that gave me access to this challenging, demanding, extraordinary industry, and my perfect milieu.
